1. Services

FlowEaseDevs provides custom software development, consulting, and related technical services as agreed upon with each client. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement are defined in a separate project agreement or statement of work.

2. Engagement & Payment

Work begins upon mutual agreement of scope and terms. Payment terms are outlined in individual project agreements. We reserve the right to pause work if payments are significantly overdue.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all custom code and deliverables created for your project are transferred to you. We retain no ownership rights to your project-specific work. Pre-existing tools, libraries, or frameworks used remain under their respective licenses.

4. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We are happy to sign NDAs and other confidentiality agreements. We will not share your business information, code, or data with third parties without your explicit consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

FlowEaseDevs provides services on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement in question.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with reasonable written notice. Upon termination, payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date, and all deliverables will be handed over.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
